Best Cosmetics Awards 2023

Japanese beauty review site @cosme has just announced its 2023 Best Cosmetics Awards, honoring the site’s most popular products between November 1, 2022, and October 31, 2023. Since its inception in 2002, the beauty awards have been presented every six months and recognize the highest-rated products on the platform.
